"Beautiful views. Great deck. This gorgeous property was the perfect place for me during my education leave. I picked it because of the spacious comfortable suite, gorgeous view of the ocean and proximity to the beach.
One of the best features of the place was the incredible deck where I spent much of my time. Coffee first thing in the morning on the deck working on my computer overlooking the ocean with the warmth of the sun on my back was a great way to start each day.
Having the option of being under the covered area but in the open air was lovely and it was where I did much of my work , ate most of my meals, and lounged on the outdoor couch to do my reading."

In addition, there is an armed security guard that monitors the interior of the premises during the night hours. The property has 3 floors that each has internet modem that can easily be connected to."

"The property is very safe and secure. High walls and tall automatic gates. The property is exactly as shown very clean and nice.
